Ok so first things first, Hotel du Vin is a chain, which we generally try to avoid recommending, however it is a boutique / limited brand so we’re including it! Hotel du Vin Bristol is a historic hotel with luxury rooms. The rooms all have Egyptian linen, flat screen TV, air conditioning (not normally a problem in Bristol but we have had super hot periods recently), monsoon showers or a roll-top bath. The hotel features an award winning bistro and secluded courtyard both of which are well worth checking out.
