Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, this studio has got everything we need for some time out, whether that be with a partner or even if you just need time alone. Formerly part of a hotel, the plot has been restyled into a homely space, with a comfy king-size bed the centrepiece of the room. There's a convenient kitchenette for breakfast and quick lunches, but it's less than a ten-minute drive into some of Cornwall's prettiest villages and some great food. Order the catch of the day at one of the seafood restaurants in Looe, or wander around Polperro's narrow cobbled streets until you come across a pub. Sandy beaches and clear waters are also a short drive. The two beaches at nearby Talland are lovely for paddling or rockpooling. Further afield, Lantic Bay is only accessible by foot, meaning less crowds. For the ultimate soak, it's back to this studio for an alfresco bath under the stars on the balcony.
