The property is location within a Dark Sky Reserve, but it’s still only 20 minutes drive from the North Cornish coastline and a selection of beaches, ideal for sunbathing or surfing. If you’re bored of the sea, Dartmoor National Park is also easily accessible via car and the town of Bude provides the usual bars, restaurants and shops that you’d expect. The nearby Tamar Lake is a wonderful nature reserve right on your doorstep and perfect for country walks. However great the location, it’s the property itself that makes this a real luxury staycation. The property was once a dilapidated farm building that has been completely rebuilt.
